Job description
We're looking for a reliable and professional full-time Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll play a vital part in defining the client experience while ensuring seamless business operations.
Working in collaboration with our Property Management & Sales, Leasing, Accounts, and Administration teams, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the company.
Key responsibilities
Managing phone, email, and walk-in enquiries
Drafting emails, agreements and other documentation
Providing comprehensive administrative support including filing, archiving, photocopying, and data entry
Maintaining the register of keys and orderly filing systems
Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of both front and back-of-house areas, ensuring a professional environment
Overseeing general office and meeting room management
Assisting with the preparation of open homes
What we are looking for
Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but we welcome those with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
An ability to multitask, take initiative and is proactive
Excellent communication skills and customer service ethic
Superior organisational and time management skills, with an attention to detail
A warm, engaging, and professional demeanour
An eagerness for continual learning and development
Mandarin speaking is advantageous
